Heat stroke is also known as sunstroke, thermic fever, or siriasis. The extremes in ages contribute to the rate of public vulnerability. 1. Increase oral fluid intake.

3. Stay away from Mr. Sun.

Adequate rest will recharge your mind and will boost your body’s defenses. It gets you ready for the busy day, making you less likely to become frail in experiencing heat stroke. At least 7 to 8 hours sleep is recommended per night.
Similar to resting, eating will also offer you enough energy required to fight off heat stroke. Make certain when you take your breaks, also have a small snack in hand to keep you fueled for the long day ahead.
