I am in currently taking a human resource program and one of the classes is Ethics. We were discussing the interview process and my instructor tells the women in the class they should use their assets to get the job. In fact if we do not use our assets someone else will and they will get the job over you. So he actually said lowering your buttons one or two would be a good idea. Also we should be feminine and flutatious to get a job especially if a male is doing the interviewing… How crazy is this or is it me? I am really not happy as I am more of a professional and I feel if the interviewer is looking for this maybe the company does not have very good ethical practices already. This guy is teaching at a Christian School as well… How crazy is this?
